Wet Magnetic Separating Production Line

The production line of ultra low grade gobi iron ore magnetic separation is a kind of new product researched by us with independent intellectual right for extracting fine iron powder from ultra low grade gobi desert. With two invention patents and two utility model patents, this production line adopts first screening and then dry separation to throw lots of tailings and greatly improves crude mine grade through preliminary selection. This makes the ball grinder “eat refined grains”, greatly reduces running cost and guarantees the grade of final fine iron powder up to 64% after selection. Besides, the equipment investment is low and the energy saving effect is prominent. In January 2010, Shandong Department of Science and Technology organized experts and appraised that this production line has filled in the blank of gobi iron ore magnetic separation in China and achieved the domestic advanced level.
