4. when the use of environmental dust is more serious, should first use the fully enclosed structure of the iron separator, such as RCDB, RCDE, RCDD, RCDF series electromagnetic products and RCYB, RCYD series permanent magnet products.
5. When the iron remover is installed at the head of the belt conveyor, the material is conducive to iron removal due to its forward impulse and loose shape, but the driving wheel at the bottom of the iron remover should be a non-ferromagnetic material.
6. When the iron remover is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor (that is, cross arrangement), in order to improve the iron removal effect, WCG series non-magnetic linear rollers can be added under the tape.
7. For non-ferromagnetic metal materials that cannot be absorbed by electromagnetic iron, GJT series metal detector should be used for detection, alarm, and manual picking up after shutdown.

In the case of higher requirements for iron removal, the specifications of the iron remover should be appropriately increased or two stages of iron removal should be used.
9. When multistage iron removal is used, the iron removal suction of the post-stage should be higher than the iron removal suction of the former stage, otherwise, the iron removal effect of the post-stage iron remover is poor.
10. when the material contains few iron parts, the use of GJT series metal detector with strong excitation dump type electromagnetic iron remover, energy saving, iron removal effect is good.
